The owners are currently looking for a motivated and committed Sous Chef to assist them with the continued success of this busy pub.
With a brigade of 3 chefs they prepare fresh, seasonal menus with an emphasis on locally sourced produce. The successful Sous Chef will be assisting the Head in all aspects of running this fast paced kitchen - designing the menus, sourcing the best suppliers, costing, stock control and ordering and ensuring all health & hygiene procedures are adhered to.
The ideal Sous Chef will have previous experience cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients, bring some creative ideas with them for the menus and have some understanding of the financial aspects of running a profitable kitchen.
