As JUNIOR SOUS CHEF / CHEF DE PARTIEcandidates require a good all round back ground to include restaurant service and experience of catering for numbers to include conference, banqueting and weddings to 100. This could be an opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie looking for a first step up to Sous Chef.
As JUNIOR SOUS CHEF / CHEF DE PARTIEyou will be supporting the Head Chef and team. Good kitchen management and food hygiene control are essential.
The salary for JUNIOR SOUS CHEF / CHEF DE PARTIEis given as £17,000 - £22,000 per annum / live out only. Transport would be required.
