Sous Chef Oxfordshire- Modern British Restaurant £37K Package
We are looking to recruit a Sous Chef for this amazing British, fresh food restaurant situated on a quiet road just moments from the Oxford city centre. This is an independent eatery and has always had an amazing reputation for its food offering. With a new Head Chef in the kitchen, who is from a 2AA Rosette background, their new menu goes live in a few weeks time and they need a Sous Chef to come on board and help take this business forward and help lead and manage the brigade of 6.
The food is AA Rosette standard, all fresh and local produce where possible. The dishes are popular British and European fayre on seasonal menus.
The right candidate for this Sous Chef role in Oxfordshire will be highly motivated, reliable and keen to learn and produce consistently high quality food. Its really important that you are of a friendly personality and a real team player. We are looking for a Sous Chef for this Oxfordshire restaurant that has worked with fresh produce and who can oversee the kitchen two days a week in the Head Chefs absence.
The restaurant is tucked away in a quiet corner of Oxford and they have parking on site. There isn't accommodation with the role so it will suit a local chef with their own transport.
Working hours are 45-50 per week with a couple of split shifts per week.
The package they are looking to offer is £28K basic, plus £4K bonus + £5K in tips. This gives you a realistic OTE if £37,000!
