Sous Chef Oxfordshire- OX2 Brasserie & Bar £27K + £3K tips
We are looking to recruit a Sous Chef for a privately owned brasserie & bar based in a busy suburb of Oxford.
The restaurant is part od a small Oxford based group and their offering is traditional brasserie, using fresh produce.
You will oversee and help manage a team of 6 Chefs and will work very closely with your Head Chef to drive the food offering forward, make improvements and develop menus.
We are looking for a Sous Chef with a fresh cooking background, ideally with experience working in a gastro pub, restaurant of brasserie. It is essential that you can run all sections and know/have the confidence to run a small team two days a week on Chefs days off.
Salary is in the region of £26-£27K + tips.
This role is based on around 45 hours per week.
