Our client is a superb award winning Hotel in Bath who are recruiting a Sous Chef with experience of working with fresh food to rosette levels. You will work in the luxury hotel kitchen preparing meals for the fine dining restaurant, functions and events.
* Management and Development of brigade in Head Chefs absence
* Ability to deliver modern 2AA rosette standard food
* Good Team Player & Motivator
* You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working at 2AA rosette kitchen
* Ambitious and career orientated as will lead to head chef promotion
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary to £30k d.o.e
Meals on duty & monthly tips - Live In if required
