  • An experienced Sous Chef is required to help create exceptional cuisine

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS

  • Assist in creating and implementing exciting menus

  • Produce and present fusion cuisine

  • Manage a team of Chefs

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experienced as a Sous Chef

  • Able to lead and mentor a team

  • Able to remain calm and focused, ensuring every dish is impeccable

  • The drive and ambition to succeed
