This 4 Star Luxury Hotel, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join its stable brigade to work in its 2 AA Rosette fine dining restaurant and you will be working in a brigade of 10 chefs.

You will be creating some of the best dishes using only the finest ingredients which are locally sourced and bought in fresh every day. You must have experience within high standard restaurants, preferably of 2 AA Rosette standards.
As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the head chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. An excellent salary of up to £26,000 per annum plus tronc is available for the right Sous Chef. There would also be opportunities for progression in the company in the future due to further expansion.
Eligibility: In line with the requirements of the Immigration Act 2016, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
