Our client, a 4-star chain hotel, is looking for an experienced sous chef whose talent can produce high quality, largely Italian based cuisine. Attention to detail and enthusiasm is a must. You will be joining a busy team of 16 and work with the head chef to look after the restaurant, bar, room service as well as staff food. You will be responsible for training and motivating the brigade of chefs and stewards and in the absence of the head chef you will be responsible for the kitchen. You will have had experience in a similar role as a senior chef de partie or sous chef, ideally in a large hotel and be used to dealing with menu planning, rotas as well as food hygiene and health and safety.
Immediate start and accommodation is available for one month for the right candidate willing to relocate.
