The hotel has multiple food outlets with the capability to hold functions up to 300 guests and dine up to AA rosette standards. They are a very popular spot for weekend getaways and offer over 100 bedrooms.
The position will be very much involved with the conference and banqueting side of the business. Leading a team of professional chef's to produce quality food for high numbers maintaining high standards at all times. The position will also require other duties including ordering, stock takes, staff training and menu development.
The ideal candidate will come from a large hotel background, will have experience leading teams and catering for big numbers. They will also be computer literate with experience in ordering and creating rota's.
