This stunning 5-star deluxe hotel, which is part of a well-known global brand, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join its brigade. The restaurant within the hotel has gained a positive reputation for serving excellent British/European cuisine with a strong focus on using only the finest cuts of meat and the freshest, home grown produce available. There is a fine dining restaurant and conference and banqueting facilities. You must have experience within 5-star hotels to be considered for this role.
As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the head chef to ensure the smooth running of fine dining restaurant as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be in charge in the head chef’s absence. There would also be opportunities for learning and progression within the hotel group. An attractive salary package of £35,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
