Required: a Sous Chef with a recognized background looking for a pub restaurant in West London
Our client has a massive growth expansion plan over the next five years. They are currently looking for a strong Sous Chef who is calm and determined under pressure, and familiar with a volume service and quality ingredients.
As Sous Chef you will be responsible for delegating tasks within a busy environment; catering for between 30-100 covers per day in the Head Chefs absence. You will need qualities such as being a strong leader of a brigade of 5; with a good understanding of branded culture and operating systems. But more importantly you will need to be ambitious with a real flair for producing high quality food to an exacting standard, in both presentation and flavour.
1 year of Sous Chef experience preferred and high volume and branded experience essential
Excellent benefits: up to: up to £30,000 basic salary + £4000 in TIPS
