Opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join this beautiful pub and restaurant. Small brigade, dedicated and friendly team looking for a committed chef to develop and train under the guidance of Head chef.
You must be able to work well under pressure and have had similar experience in a fine dining gastro pub environment before. You will assist in the daily running of the kitchen and be responsible for your section both in terms of mis en place and in service. You will have ideas and creativity to decide on new dishes, menu changes twice daily.
Experience on various sections within a similar kitchen would be preferable in order to keep up the high standards that are expected. You must understand the importance of ensuring all Health & Safety aspects are adhered to at all times.
