All the menu's are seasonal modern British menu's, using locally sourced produce where possible. All cuisine is made from fresh including all stocks, sauces, desserts, etc, using classic and modern cooking techniques.
As sous chef you will be responsible for helping run the kitchen, writing menus, stock control and daily specials with guidance from the owners to ensure only the best food is served. Salary £28,000 + £3,000 Tips
