Working within a brigade of 5 chefs you will have the chance to cover all sections of the kitchen and be an integral part of the team assisting with menu design, stock control, ordering and training and motivating the junior members of the team.
Previous experience within a similar environment would be a great advantage along with a real passion and desire to work with the finest, fresh produce. There is an experienced Head Chef so an excellent training will be guaranteed.
