This brand-new restaurant which is located in South East London is seeking the talents of an experienced Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. You will be creating some of the best dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and everything is prepared fresh on site. You must have experience within a high standard fine dining, volume environment and you must have experience in managing a large brigade.
As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the head chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. An excellent salary of up to £30,000 per annum plus tronc is available for the right Sous Chef. There would also be opportunities for progression in the company in the future due to further expansion.
