A leading South Yorkshire restaurant is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team in the kitchen
A popular restaurant that offers modern British dishes with a focus on using as much Yorkshire produce as possible is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team of chefs working in the busy kitchen. In this role of Sous Chef you will be second in command of the kitchen with the responsibility of running the department in the Head Chefs absence but also working closely with them in the kitchen. In this role you will be required to work across the sections in the kitchen whilst taking time to train the junior chefs in the kitchen to ensure that the whole team can work to the standards expected at the property.
It is important that all chefs applying to this role have been working as a Sous Chef in their most recent role. A background working in high quality, fresh food kitchens with excellent dining reputations is essential.
