A coastal Bistro style restaurant located in Kent is recruiting for a Sous Chef role
An opportunity is available for a Sous Chef to work at a popular restaurant that creates dishes focused on simple, flavoursome dishes that are prepared using high quality fresh ingredients. The restaurant is based in a coastal town, it is busy throughout the year but particularly so during the summer months. In this role of Sous Chef you will be joining a team of six chefs working in the kitchen of the property with the expectation that you will be able to work across the sections whilst also assisting with the supervision and direction of the junior kitchen team members.
Either a strong Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Sous Chef who has a background working in high quality, fresh food kitchens is required to take on this role. The ability to remain calm in a busy kitchen when working under pressure is essential.
