We are currently looking to recruit a Sous Chef to lead the team at this stunning Hotel in the Lake District.

If you have some great Gastro / Rosette / Bistro / Brasserie experience at 2 AA Rosette level and feel you could really bring something to the table, please apply. You will need to be a great communicator and be passionate about developing your team.
You should have bags of passion and enthusiasm which is infectious, and a real want to make a difference to your team, being a natural leader is definitely a part of this job
This hotel are famous for their friendly staff so you will need to be both approachable and friendly, yet still very able to lead and direct your team in the right way when necessary.
Training and development should be paramount to you; you should be really capable, not just as an exceptional Sous Chef, but able to recruit, train and retain your junior Chef team.
In return for your talent, hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with a generous salary of up to £28,000 plus benefits.
