This stunning, critically acclaimed restaurant, which is overseen by a talented Head Chef, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating fine British/European cuisine and this establishment is enthusiastic about sourcing produce that is local, seasonal and sustainable. This restaurant seats up to 140 covers and there is a private dining area for up to 20 covers. You must have proven experience within establishments of at least a 1/2 AA Rosette rating.
As Sous Chef, you will be working side by side with the Head Chef on all sections and be responsible for ensuring that every dish produced is of the highest quality. Training will be provided to help with the final stages of your development. You must be focused and have a strong passion for food. An excellent salary package of £35,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
