A busy multi outlet hotel located in Berkshire is seeking to appoint a Sous Chef
A strong Sous Chef is needed to join the large team of chefs working in the kitchen of a busy multi-outlet hotel which is popular with both corporate and leisure guests. The hotel offers dining in the AA Rosette accredited restaurant which focuses on creating modern British dishes from the best produce available locally. At the same time it is a popular host for banquets, weddings, conferences and corporate events. As Sous Chef you will be expected to assist the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen to ensure that each section is fully prepared and maintains the high standards in place and are working to the company specs.
An experienced Sous Chef who has plenty of experience working at a senior level in a high quality, four star, multi-outlet hotel where you were cooking to at least one AA Rosette level but also catering for a large banqueting department is required for this role. A sound knowledge of kitchen management is also necessary along with a cool manner and hard working attitude.
