A Sous Chef role is available to work for an events company based at a high profile venue in North Yorkshire
A Sous Chef role is available at a leading venue for event catering in North Yorkshire where you will be concentrating on the banqueting aspect of the role. In this role of Sous Chef you will be creating bespoke menus for the venues customers creating high end dishes from fresh, seasonal ingredients for a variety of different outlets. This is a fast paced, large scale dining operation where you will be expected to run service times ensuring that the junior team members are working to the standards expected at the venue.
A Sous Chef who has been working in high quality, banqueting or events dining operations who is used to dealing with large numbers of covers on a daily bases is required for this role. The ability to work well under pressure whilst directing others in the kitchen is essential.
