A Sous Chef role is available at a top quality, multi-outlet hotel in Inverness-Shire
The Executive Chef of a resort style hotel is seeking to employ a Sous Chef to assist with the running of a kitchen with opportunities available to move between kitchens in order to progress your own career by widening your knowledge in all areas. Although the hotel has a number of dining options to offer its guests all restaurants have high cooking standards with the kitchens using all fresh ingredients to create a variety of different dishes. As this is a Sous Chef position you will work closely with the Head Chef of your kitchen to ensure that service times always run smoothly and that the junior chefs are aware of what is expected of them whilst also being totally hands on yourself.
The role would suit a highly experienced Junior Sous Chef who wants to take the next step in their career or a Sous Chef who wishes to take on a new challenge in their career. Experience of working within a four star hotel environment is necessary and all applicants must have a strong work ethic with the ability to work under pressure.
