A fantastic hotel located in Cumbria is currently recruiting for a Sous Chef role
Based at a high quality, multi-outlet hotel this role of Sous Chef will require you to focus on working in the open plan kitchen that serves the hotel’s stylish restaurant that offers its diners international dishes all prepared from scratch on site. The Head Chef has full autonomy on the menus, so will encourage you to bring your own ideas to the menus. In this position of Sous Chef you will be required to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef whilst also supporting them with the day to day running of the operation.
An experienced Sous Chef who has a stable CV with positions based in high quality, fresh food kitchens is required to take on this role. A talented chef who is also a strong team leader with a good knowledge of kitchen management would be ideal.
