A Sous Chef position is available at a four star hotel in Hampshire
Am ambitious hotel that has a large investment plan to increase the number of bedrooms and build a new kitchen is seeking a Sous Chef. In this position of Sous Chef you will be working within a team of eight chefs preparing fresh, seasonal dishes for the 60 cover restaurant where the Head Chef is aiming to achieve AA Rosettes in the near future so needs a strong Sous Chef who can help them achieve this. There are no banqueting facilities at the property so this will be a role fully focused on the restaurant.
An experienced Sous Chef who has been working in AA Rosette accredited kitchens is required for this position. It is important that all applicants are seeking a challenging role where you will be become part of an ambitious property who are constantly striving to push the standards forward.
