A fresh food hotel located in South Yorkshire is currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen
The Head Chef of a hotel that offers its guests high quality, fresh food is seeking a Sous Chef who can work closely with them in order to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly at all times. The hotel restaurant offers seasonal, modern British dishes and the hotel is also a popular venue for conferences and events with both corporate and leisure guests using the banqueting facilities. As Sous Chef you will be second in command of the kitchen so will take on additional responsibilities including assisting with the ordering, GP management, admin, costings and implementing hygiene regulations whilst also running shifts in the kitchen.
A Sous Chef who has been working in three or four star hotels where you were catering for a restaurant and busy banqueting department is required to take on this position. An all round chef who has also developed a good knowledge of kitchen management would be ideal for this hotel.
