A traditional fresh food pub in Derbyshire is recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen
A privately owned, fresh food pub that has menus featuring traditional pub favourites is seeking a Sous Chef to help with the management and leadership of the small kitchen team. The pub seats 60 covers but is particularly busy on the weekends and during the summer months due to its fantastic countryside location attracting both locals and visitors to the region. As Sous Chef you will be required to move across the sections in the kitchen whilst also supporting with the kitchen management including stock takes, costings, ordering and rotas.
This role would suit a Sous Chef who has been working in similar busy, fresh food pub kitchens where you showcased all round cooking abilities. A knowledge of staff and kitchen management is also essential for this role.
