A Four Star Hotel located in West Yorkshire is recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team
The Head Chef of a popular city centre hotel is seeking a strong Sous Chef to work under them in the kitchen that serves the modern Brasserie style restaurant and the popular banqueting department. The hotel creates seasonal menus with dishes prepared onsite using all fresh ingredients. In this role of Sous Chef you will be second in command of the kitchen so will work closely with the Head Chef carrying out orders, keeping track of the kitchen costs, completing necessary admin and ensuring that the team are always working within hygiene legislation whilst also running the department when required.
A Sous Chef who has been working in four star, corporate led hotel operations in their most recent position would be ideal for this role. As well as being a talented chef it is also essential that you have strong kitchen and team management abilities.
