A Sous Chef role is available at a four star hotel located in Buckinghamshire
A Sous Chef is required to join the kitchen of a four star hotel that is a host for both corporate and leisure guests including coach parties due to its proximity to excellent transport links. The hotel offers dining in the 100 cover restaurant which serves the company wide 'a la carte’ menus as well as in the lounge where guests can enjoy simpler dishes. The hotel also has a number of conference and events rooms which are mainly used by the corporate guests although they do also host private events at times. As Sous Chef you will be expected to be capable of running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef ensuring that the junior chefs are working to the company standards.
A Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef who has been working in four star hotels most recently but is seeking a new challenge would be ideal. It is important that you have experience of running shifts in the kitchen from your previous roles.
