A Sous Chef role is now available at a country house hotel located in Herefordshire
The Head Chef of a one AA Rosette country house hotel is seeking a Sous Chef to assist them with the day to day running of the kitchen. The hotel offers modern British dining in the restaurant with plenty of innovative twists on traditional dishes with regularly changing menus which as Sous Chef you will be given an input on during their creation. The hotel also has a busy wedding and banqueting trade holding events throughout the year for a maximum of 250 covers.
A Sous Chef who has a background working in hotels with at least four stars and one AA Rosette is needed to take on this role. A good knowledge of banqueting is also essential for this position as this is a large piece of the hotels catering trade. It is essential that you are capable of running the kitchen and leading the team of chefs from the front in the absence of the Head Chef.
