A Sous Chef is required to join the kitchen of a bar and restaurant in the Doncaster region
The Head Chef of a fresh food restaurant that specialises in tapas style, small plates is seeking a Sous Chef who can work alongside them in the kitchen. This is a modern, vibrant venue that makes good use of local suppliers but also sources authentic produce in order to produce their modern European menus. As Sous Chef you will be joining the team of five chefs in the kitchen working as the second in command of the department with the responsibility to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
The role would suit a Sous Chef who has a stable background working in fresh food hotels or restaurants where you ideally gained knowledge of small plate dining. The ability to work well within a small team of chefs in a busy kitchen environment is essential for this role.
