Duties and responsibilities include:
• Keep all requirement records on the WebPortal software up to date (on a real-time basis).
• Ensure all requirements are suitable for distribution to the supply chain.
• Ensure that feedback is received on CVs and interviews within SLA.
• Ensure all roles are distributed to the appropriate supplier and any questions are responded to within SLAs.
• Screen and short-list CVs for all vacancies, improving the CVs to Interview to Hire ratios quarter on quarter.
• Oversee interview arrangements and input as required.
• Ensure all delivery targets, contractual SLAs and KPIs are being either met or exceeded.
• Ensure detailed and timely feedback is provided after CV submission and interviews.
• Ensure that all queries are responded to within the required SLAs.
• Act as a point of contact through to start date for suppliers who successfully place positions with the Client.
• Ensure that the Supplier experience of placing workers via the framework exceeds their expectations.
