Sortation Operative

Our client is actively looking to recruit several Sortation Operatives in the Reading area, we are looking for candidates who are motivated driven are willing to widen their skills and broaden their experiences to progress in their career.

Job Role / Duties:

• Unload, lift and relocate products
• Scan, sort and divert packages containing the full range of Amazon’s products.
After training, you may also:
• Move products using industrial trucks and machines, like forklifts and power pallets
• Work indoors or outdoors in the yard ensuring safe operations for the team and our delivery partners.
• You may need to be able to lift (products up to 23kg), bend, twist, kneel and crouch
• You may need to be able to handle a full range of products, including alcohol and meat products

Shifts & Salary:

£12.30 per hour for daytime shifts.
£14.27 (£1.97 Night Shift Allowance) per hour for night time shifts.
£18.45 Overtime (40-50 hours)
£24.60 Overtime (50-60 hours)

Available Shifts:
30.0 hrs (06:00-12:30)
40.0 hrs (23:45-10:15)
20.0 hrs (23:45-10:15)
