We're looking for a Solution Seller to cover UK / EMEA territory. Supported by a solutions engineer, you are responsible for selling Hyperconverged platforms to customers and channel partners. You must have a drive to develop new accounts and new use cases.
• Identify and develop selling opportunities within net new accounts and partner organizations
• Using a consultative approach, discuss business issues with prospects, and demonstrate how an on-premise cloud can be the best solution to their business needs
• Balance sometimes conflicting motivations of buying teams to create value for all involved parties
• Build relationships at customers and partners that position you to capture incremental value within accounts
• Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development.
• Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
• An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems as well as the competitive landscape.
• Experience using SFDC and other CRM software.
• Track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in contiguous, multiple years.
• 10+ years of IT infrastructure sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree equivalent experience
