A commercially orientated, Solutions Consultant is required by one of the most respected companies within Cloud based talent management and learning software space
In order to support continued growth within their existing client base and as a result of a number of high profile new business wins, they are looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to complement their existing solution consulting team.
This is a pure Solutions Consultant role and not a traditional pre-sales role. You will act as a true Consultant and customer trusted advisor. You will work with both prospects and existing customers and you won't be targeted on revenue alone. Unlike most companies you will not be expected to deliver 5 or 6 demos a week. For this company it is all about quality, and understanding the needs of the customer's business.
In order to be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate relevant industry knowledge/experience, together with demonstrable experience in the role of Solutions Consultant. You will demonstrate experience of running workshops or other relevant sessions with client groups up to C-level, and experience of working in or supporting B2B sales to large corporate entities.
