Juice is delighted to be recruiting for an award winning business to business employer on the outskirts of Chippenham.

We are working alongside this reputable employer with impressive head office facilities to recruit a Solutions Billing Executive. This person will provide day to day support for a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.

DAY TO DAY:
Supporting the processing around customer invoices and contractual arrangments

Producing reports for Senior Leadership Team based, running reports

Assisting with achieving KPIs set for the differing departments

Working collaboratively with other departments

Understanding nuances of bespoke invoicing arrangements for specific customers
Taking calls from Customers, responding to emails and dealing with customer queries re invoices
Working with IT supply chain to have full oversight of recurring billing and processes
Raising and actioning any disputes
Helping to review current processes
Supporting with wider Solutions and service orders to ensure all orders are up to date

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
Strong admin skills and good problem solving
Ability to adapt and be flexible when new customers are on-boarded
Excellent ability to work independently
Good knowledge of MS Excel
