Our client seeks a Solutions Architect to act as an interface between sales and services to create Solutions that exceed customer expectations.
The Solutions Architect will provide services solution design and will be accountable for pricing, statement of work (SOW), contract development and contract negotiation. This role would suit someone from a Solutions Architecture background with a combination of Sales, Technical, Business Development and Consultative skills who is capable of communicating value propositions to executive level sponsors and stakeholders.
You will work with the customer and sales teams to define service solutions, building pricing structure, and communicating solutions to the customers. You will identify and mitigate risks, provide thought leadership to ensure the best solution is identified and work with delivery and marketing teams to ensure solutions and service offerings align with customer needs.
You will be responsible for solution design, develop customer presentations that demonstrate core competencies/solutions, gather service requirements and maintain customer relations.
It is essential that you have excellent written and verbal English communications skills, interpersonal and presentation skills. You must be able and willing to travel within the EU and have unrestricted travel authorisation for the EMEA region.
