Job Description

Solutions Architect/Senior Developer to work on bespoke customer specific development projects based on market leading technologies within a busy custom solutions development team. Building key relationships with SI Practice, Professional Services and Sales teams internally, as well as our valued customers externally.

Main Responsibilities

  • Undertake development projects requiring the use of market leading technologies: HTML, Javascript, various leading frameworks, ASP.NET, C#, Styling Languages, Developer tools
  • Undertake the installation, configuration and development requirements of web development projects dependant on demand and skills
  • Effective and regular communication with clients and management
  • Work on client sites, Advanced offices and home
  • Gathering requirements and writing proposals
  • User and system documentation
  • Project management


•            Bachelor Degree in Computing or related subject or relevant commercial experience

•            IT qualifications (advantageous)

•            Strong communication skills, written and spoken

•            Well-presented and good interpersonal skills


•            Web development - HTML, HTML5, Javascript, AJAX, CSS etc.

•            At least 5 years .NET/C# development inc Visual Studio

•            Microsoft SQL Server and related market leading technologies

•            Relevant experience in a similar role


•            Microsoft Sharepoint

•            SQL Server - SSIS, SSRS


•            Mobile development - Xamarin, OSX, iOS, Android, Mobile Frameworks Phonegap, JQuery Mobile

•            IDEs - Eclipse, XCode

•            Databases - Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL

•            Application Servers - JBOSS, Tomcat, IIS

•            XML – XML schema, XQuery, XSLT, XPath

•            Build - SVN, CVS, Mercurial, ANT, GitHub,
