I am currently working with a leading player in the BPO / Call Centre Outsourcing market, who are seeking a talented Solutions Architect to join their Bid Management and Sales teams.
This role is paying between £55,000- £60,000 + excellent benefits. This role is Home-based with fully expensed travel 2-3 days per week to other sites.
I am looking for an all-round commercial and project manager maybe a practical or operationally minded marketing person or even an analyst who ideally has Call Centre experience and understands the processes and possibilities for a major Outsourcer.
As part of my clients Business Development and Account Management resource you will be responsible for developing complex call handling and business process solution bids and tender proposals for prospects and clients. You will often participate in client presentations, site visits, and events seminars industry shows etc.
- Own bids from initial qualification stage through to contract signing, ensuring solutions are designed, developed, costed and contracted consistently
- Attend client meetings, and bid and proposal tenders which involve travel to other sites and locations
- Work as part of the Sales team to support the Business Development Directors during the Sales Engagement cycle
I am looking for a highly effective communicator who can business partner with a variety of personality types and distil complex information and clearly articulate to all levels.
