Salary: £20+ LTD per hour

You will be working within the adult and child social care legal team dealing with all aspects of adult and child care in a public authority setting. The ideal candidate needs experience in all aspects adult and child care law and will be competent in providing detailed and accurate advice accordingly. You will be providing advice across the whole of the Council and affiliated programmes.


*Provide specialist advice in relation to adult and child social care.
*Provide advice to a wide range of service users including external users.
*Manage your own caseload of adult and child social care cases.
*Attend hearings and other meetings as required.
*Keep up to date on relevant legislation and implement accordingly.

*Local authority experience
*Adult social care experience.
*Understanding of local authority governance
*Good drafting skills
