Opportunity for a Solicitor who has practised in Personal Injury / EL/PL / Clinical Negligence / Industrial Disease to transfer to a niche area of law.
About the role
Our client is an award-winning, Top Tier law firm. They are looking to recruit a Solicitor to develop into a "second in command" / Deputy working with the Senior Associate. The role provides the opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor to transfer into a niche legal area.
Abuse Solicitor Core Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- You will be handling Multi-Track claims valued up to £500,000
- Work on complex and sensitive caseloads for a variety of clients on multi-track child sexual abuse claims.
- The work will include dealing with claims relating to child sexual exploitation as well as historical and non-historical physical and sexual abuse claims.
- Both pre-litigation and litigated, covering a range of issues (consideration and assessment of liability, issues of limitation, quantum valuations and assessing causation).
