Their highly respected employment team are looking to appoint a 'respondent’ experienced Employment Solicitor to represent unionised workforce employers. You will have the opportunity to develop your reputation with clients across the England, Wales and Scotland.
Employment Solicitor Core Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Work on respondent employment claims ranging in value and complexity covering the full range of employment disputes. The vast majority of which are litigated (employment tribunal) although some civil claims will be included.
- Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, take an active role in marketing/business development and client training activities.
- Non-contentious advisory matters ranging from day-to-day ad hoc advice to client HR teams to complex TUPE and collective redundancy situations.
