Solicitor - Private Client
My client is a prestigious law firm with an enviable reputation built over many years and evidenced by client loyalty. They are looking for a Private Client solicitor to join their busy, fast paced practice.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing and undertaking fee earning work for a variety of private clients, providing efficient and effective legal advice, assistance and representation, from simple wills to high-net-worth estates, elderly client matters and tax planning.
Experience required:
Members of STEP or working towards STEP membership is preferred.
- Considerable relevant work experience in all areas of Private Client work
- Proven financial record and commercial attitude
- Technical experience in wills, trusts, estate administration, elderly client matters, lasting powers of attorney, capacity issues and inheritance tax planning. Experience is continuous probate desirable
- Ability to meet multiple priorities to tight deadlines
- Compelling / engaging communicator and ability to instil confidence with a wide variety of clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop strong, collaborative and long-lasting relationships with clients, colleagues and referrers
- Personable and professional with a team-focused mindset
