A well-established and highly-regarded firm, our client is looking to recruit a driven solicitor to join its litigation team. You will be able to use your own initiative as you’ll be managing your own caseload consisting of all litigation matters.
- Company, shareholder and partnership disputes
- Advising and representing landlords and tenants
- Dealing with possession proceedings
- Lease renewals
- Breaches of covenant
- Schedules of dilapidations
- Serving relevant notices under the landlord and tenant legislation
- Applications are welcomed from solicitors with a minimum of two years’ PQE
- Solid knowledge of all litigation matters
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise your workload effectively
- Possess outstanding client care and communication skills
- Technically proficient and commercially aware
