Solicitor/Legal Executive

South West Area

Salary is dependent on experience

Full time - Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our client across the South West area.

At least one year's PQE to undertake all aspects of employment law including:

  • Tribunal work for employees and businesses
  • Settlement agreements
  • Employee relations issues and document drafting
  • Policy and procedures
  • Due diligence, corporate support
  • Restrictive covenant and related issues
  • There is no upper level of PQE.

You will enjoy handling a full employment caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters, with the ability to work with a highly varied client base to provide sound commercial and legal advice.

This is a role that demands a strong and motivated lawyer who is able to display diplomatic skills and sound judgement. You will be a good marketeer and business developer and will have demonstrated an ability to cover the full remit of employment law.
