A leading law firm is seeking an experienced fee earner with 2 to 8 years PQE to join its respected Residential Property, Farms, and Estates team in Oxford. This position offers flexibility in title—Solicitor, Associate, or Senior Associate—depending on experience, and provides an ideal opportunity for a motivated professional aiming to advance their career within a client-focused, collaborative firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload independently, handling transactions and client matters efficiently
- Build strong client relationships and manage client expectations around outcomes, timelines, and costs
- Network and develop internal and external connections with clients, intermediaries, and industry contacts
- Enhance the team’s profile through participation in networking events, publications, and speaking engagements
- Provide support and mentorship to junior team members
- Track progress against personal KPIs, achieving goals and maintaining high standards of service
- Collaborate on project management, meeting deadlines, and budget management for client matters
- Stay updated on developments in the legal sector and understand their implications for the practice
Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualified fee earner with at least 2 years PQE in residential property
- Proven experience managing a caseload independently
- Strong client management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Ability to balance workload effectively and delegate tasks as needed
- Enthusiasm for business development and client network growth
