The Regulatory, Compliance and Investigations team is looking for a Solicitor/Associate to join the London team and support the national (and international) financial services regulatory investigations and white collar crime practice. The matters you will handle in this role will be predominantly contentious, albeit there will be some advisory work, generally around financial crime, SM&CR and corporate governance/board effectiveness.

You will be working closely with a number of Partners and Directors, including our Head of Financial Services Regulatory Investigations, dealing with a wide array of regulatory and white collar crime investigations. Our clients include brokers, insurers, (foreign) banks, investment firms and CEO/CFOs (and other senior managers) - and their D&O insurers - and other professionals, including lawyers and accountants.

The ideal candidate will be a 1 to 3 years PQE lawyer, with experience of supporting more senior lawyers in regulatory investigations by the FCA, SFO, FRC, Lloyd's of London, SRA and ICAEW. The growing financial services regulatory investigations teams is made up of two partners, one legal director and number of associates and trainees, including ex FSA/FCA, SFO and FRC investigative lawyers and prosecutors. The FSR team works closely with DWF's managed services, eDiscovery and Regulatory Consulting colleagues.
