The Grade II listed property sits in 12 acres of land with a 4.5 acre established, stunning country garden. The Sole Gardener / Estate Worker will be responsible for looking after the manicured lawns, hedges, mixed borders, orchard, vegetable garden and greenhouse. The property also contains a large pond, a stream, chicken coop with 9 chickens, a swimming pool, tennis court and a 6 acre field for horses. You should be physically fit, hold a full UK driving licence, have good spoken English, no dependent children (due to limited space in the cottage) and no criminal record. In return for your hard work a generous salary is offered with an all-expenses paid 2 bedroom cottage on site.
