We are a well-established and market leading supplier of clinical decision support systems to the NHS with a well-established customer base across the UK. Due to growth we are currently recruiting for a Software Trainer to join our dynamic team in Farnham, Surrey.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about training and enjoys meeting people and delivering excellent training sessions to their pupils.

This role will involve regular travel around the UK, including overnight stays in order to deliver the training of our product to our client base. We will consider applicants who wish to work remotely with occasional visits to the Farnham office as and when required.

We innovate and develop applications that support better care, save time for busy clinicians and empower patients. As Software Trainer you will be responsible for clients within an allocated geographical area. The base product we provide is a standard package, however each client can customise it with additionally functionality.

Working the hours of 8.30am- 5.30pm Monday to Friday, in return we can offer a salary of up to £35K plus 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays), private healthcare and a company pension. Including mileage allowance or reimbursement for travel costs and substance allowance for meals while away.

This position would suit either an established Training/Learning and Development professional, or a candidate who has designed and delivered training as part of another position and has a passion for training.

The main duties of the role will involve:

- Delivering training on the suite of products to doctors, nurses and administrative staff in GP practices on site

- Create/modify training materials

- Complete pre-training questionnaires and post training evaluation forms

- Perform readiness reviews to the documented specification

- Contact all attendees post training to check for additional learning needs

To be successful for the Software Trainer position, you will have previous experience of systems training delivery, the ability to create training materials and a passion for training. The TPMA qualification is highly desirable, however a willingness to study this qualification is an option as we will fully fund this for our suitable applicant. Other L&D qualifications would also be of interest, but not essential.

Driving licence essential.

Full systems training on the company product will be provided.
