You will be the go to person for all implementation and training matters for your clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their business models and advise them on how to get the most out of your product. Naturally, you could be asked some difficult questions and therefore you will need to be comfortable thinking on your feet.
You will take end to end ownership of implementation projects from inception to delivery, managing customer expectations and taking technical requirements. Due to this part of the job you will ideally have a good level of general IT competency and be comfortable talking to technical users and translating their specifications into product realities.
You'll have experience implementing complex accounting or finance software and training workshops will be your bread and butter. The business work within an industry that often have intricate accounting processes that need to be mapped and understood, and therefore you'll need to feel at home gathering lengthy requirements.
The role will be based out of their offices in the London office (remote currently). However once the world gets back to normal, you'll be spending approximately four days a week on client site, so this won't suit you if you're more of a home bod.
