The Team & Role
The Product Implementation Team (of which you’d be a part) is responsible for the technical implementation and delivery of content (assessments and reports) for clients globally using in-house tools. This vital function sits at the heart of creating new products and services for our clients and is part of the wider Product team. You will be working closely with a range of product development specialists and with many other teams in the organisation.
You would be supporting the development of ground-breaking, cloud-based talent management digital products that help companies to hire the best employees, develop their skills and create an engaging workplace.
We are looking for someone who enjoys problem solving and going after a challenge. Ideally you will want to ask "why" a lot, and you should demonstrate a flair for understanding how things work.

•Release great products, on time: You make decisions quickly. You ensure there’s continual progress toward milestones. You prioritise needs and requests coming from multiple directions, in order to deliver the most value to clients and our business.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders: You actively listen to strategy and needs from colleagues in sales, advisory and management roles. You raise your hand when there are problems and help drive toward resolution across teams.
•Help improve our processes: You identify aspects of our product development processes that are suboptimal and take the lead to improve them. Through your ideas and collaboration, we become more agile, more innovative, and bring better products to market faster.
What would you be working on?
Our technology platform includes products that help companies make better decisions when it comes to recruiting, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
Products have analytics, benchmarking, and prescriptive guidance built in, and we are focused on optimising them for mobile, expanding integrations with APIs, and improving user experience and visual design.
You should be self-motivated, creative and proactive, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment comfortable using diverse technologies and lab environments. The individual will work closely with developers, project and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC, executing test iterations, tracking / reporting results, troubleshooting and coordinating defect resolution. The individual should have an understanding of SDLC processes and QA processes. Candidate should have knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
In this role you would:
•Design and create test conditions and scripts to address business and technical use cases
•Use existing tools and techniques to execute test
•Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using JIRA or similar tools/means
•Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution

Who would be our ideal candidate?

•Experience in a client facing or technical support role
•Strong PC skills including thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•A working knowledge of JIRA or other ticketing systems
•A working knowledge of SQL
•Ability to use one or more mark-up languages (XML/HTML/CSS)
